PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable wearing article which prevents the external genitalia of a wearer from being contaminated with excrement. SOLUTION: The wearing article 10 includes a flexible chassis 11 and a semi-rigid absorber 16 arranged on the inner surface of the chassis 11, wherein a liner 17 constituting an innermost layer 11a of the chassis 11 is joined to the absorber 16 at a securing part 19 located in a crotch region 13. The wearing article further has a passage 26 formed closer to the rear waist periphery region 14 than the securing part 19 for allowing excrement to pass through, a first elastic member 27 arranged along the peripheral edge of the passage 26 so as to be stretchable and contractible, and a pair of second and third elastic members 28 and 29 arranged on both sides in the width direction of the passage 26 and stretchable and contractible in the length direction in the vicinity of the passage 26.
