It is possible to display a dynamic image of a desired object or direction without paying a special attention on the desired object or direction when capturing an image. The dynamic image display method includes: a step (ST31) for cutting out a part of a still image captured by using a wide-angle lens (15) and generating display data for an initial display image; a step (ST35) for identifying a change amount of an imaging angle from the imaging timing of the still image cut out previously until the imaging timing for capturing the still image as the object to be cut out prior to a cut out step (ST36) for cutting out a second image and after captured by using the wide-angle lens (15); and the step (ST36) for cutting out a part of the second still image and after by shifting the cut out range so as to compensate the identified imaging angle change amount and generating display data on the second display image and after.
