<p>Target values of a plurality of accelerators installed in a pipeline are determined such that a desired flow rate is attained while taking account of the position of a corroded pipe on the pipe line. A target value setting assist section (2) registers the information about corroded state of a pipe (31) collected by an inspection pig (6) in correspondence with the section of the pipeline (3) at the corroded portion. The target value setting assist section (2) calculates the flow rate at the inlet of each section of the pipeline (3) using the pressure and flow rate at the outlet of the section received from an operator, attribute information of the pipe (31) of such section, and pressure drop due to corrosion state of such section, and then sets the calculation results as a target value. A supervisory control section (1) controls the flow rate at the inlet of the section to be at the target value for each accelerator (32) installed in each section of the pipeline (3).</p> |
