<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic sintered compact excellent in heat resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance under a high-temperature and corrosive gaseous atmosphere, and to provide a roll cleaning equipment capable of being used stably and for a long period of time using this sintered compact in a blade. <P>SOLUTION: The inventive ceramic sintered compact is characterized in that it is comprised of X vol% of Si<SB>3</SB>N<SB>4</SB>and (100-X) vol% of Ti<SB>0.9</SB>Me<SB>0.1</SB>C<SB>2</SB>(Me is at least one of Zr, Hf, Cr and Ni) and has a composition where X is 5-35. The inventive roll cleaning equipment is one that can be used under a high-temperature of 400-1,500°C and corrosive gaseous atmosphere and is characterized in that it is provided with a blade that is constructed by embedding the ceramic sintered compact into a heat resistant steel and with a support for supporting the blade. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
