<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly functional health food that shows the physiological activity at equal or higher level to or than that of the conventional one with a smaller amount of effective dose through highly activating the physiological activity of health food raw material. <P>SOLUTION: This highly functional health food comprises a mixture prepared by mechanically dispersing and treating the health food raw material and a phospholipid derived from a natural product, wherein the health food material comprises at least one kind selected from bitter gourd extract, Orthosphon aristatus extract, fiddlewood extract, mulberry leaf extract, Citrus depressa Hayata extract, loofah extract, Peucedanum japonicum extract, Citrus tankan Hayata extract, Crepidiastrum lanceolatum extract or Morinda citrifolia extract, and the phospholipid derived from the natural product comprises at least one kind selected from an egg yolk phospholipid or a soybean phospholipid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
