UNIDIRECTIONAL COMMUNICATION METHOD, MOBILE STATION DEVICE, AND RADIO BASE STATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unidirectional communication method, a mobile station device, a and radio base station device such that it is not necessary to send and receive a request to allocate resources and a signal for giving notice of allocation between the mobile station and radio base station device and easy and speedy unidirectional communication with the base station device is provided on the initiative of the mobile station device.

SOLUTION: The radio base station device 1-1 periodically transmits a reference signal 1-11 to mobile station devices 1-2 and 1-2', which select resources to be used to transmit communication data to the radio base station device 1-1 based upon the time when the reference signal 1-11 is received for the first time and further latitude and longitude information on the reception positions. Information on the selected resources is reported to the radio base station device 1-1 and the resources are used to transmit the communication data to the radio base station device 1-1. The radio base station device 1-1 receives the communication data 1-21 and 1-21' transmitted by the resources based upon information on the resources reported from the mobile station devices 1-2 and 1-2' and demodulates the communication data.
