PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the wiring layout of a power source line capable of enhancing aperture ratios of pixels while setting the array pitch of the pixels to equal intervals. SOLUTION: An electrooptical device is provided with a plurality of the pixels (10) arranged in matrix, including electrooptical elements driven by receiving power supply from a power source circuit. The plurality of the pixels (10) constitute a plurality of pixel groups constituted of a series of the pixels lining up at least in one direction of a row direction or a column direction. Wiring forming regions (31, 32, 33, 34) are disposed between the respective pixel groups, of the plurality of pixel groups and the widths of the wiring forming regions (31, 32, 33, 34) are approximately equal to one another.
