PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display apparatus wherein contact resistance between electrodes and metal wiring is reduced; and to provide a manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: The display apparatus includes: a transparent substrate 1; transparent electrodes formed on the transparent substrate 1; a terminal part 2a formed as part of the transparent electrodes; and the metal wiring 6 brought into conductive connection to the terminal part 2a, and is characterized in that metal grains 5a consisting of a metal or a metal compound is discretely distributed over a contact part 7 with the metal wiring 5a, and part over which the metal grains 5a of the contact part 7 are not distributed is formed into a concave-like shape.
