PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor heating system capable of preventing humidity absorption and drying of a floor member caused by the change of humidity in an underfloor space, and controlling the change of a dimension of the floor member. SOLUTION: In this underfloor heating system formed in a building foundation (underfloor foundation) 2 and constituted by installing a heating device D in a heat-insulated underfloor space 7, the underfloor space 7 and an indoor space 8 positioned at an upper part of the underfloor space 7 are defined by the floor member 3, and the floor member 3 comprises a floor material 9, and a floor base material 11 disposed at a lower side of the floor material 9 and having a humidity conditioning function.
