PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular lamp control system and a vehicular lamp control device capable of suitably ensuring a view of an own vehicle even on a busy road or the like. SOLUTION: This vehicular lamp control device includes a control unit 15 for performing lighting control for a lamp state of the own vehicle based on the fact that a vehicular ID signal inherent in the vehicle is transmitted, while the vehicular ID signal of the own vehicle is received. The control unit 15 identifies another vehicle with a dimming defect in case the intensity of an image of the vehicle captured through an image recognition MPU is beyond a predetermined threshold.
