PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous cutting machine for plastic film surely cutting used agricultural plastic film lump. SOLUTION: This continuous cutting machine for plastic film is provided with a guide tunnel 10 allowing sliding of a work W of lump consisting of successively carried-in used plastic film; a chain driving device 20 provided with multiple sending claws K advancing closely along the tunnel ceiling 11 toward a tunnel outlet h2in a chain 21 and packing and transferring the work W in the tunnel toward the tunnel outlet h2side; and longitudinally cutting cutters 30 having horizontal rotating shafts 31a, 31b disposed above the tunnel ceiling 11 and longitudinally cutting disc blades 32a, 32b rotating in a plane orthogonal to the tunnel section and continuously longitudinally cutting the slidingly advancing work W toward the tunnel outlet h2.
