PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically remove foreign matters even when a passage for allowing a temperature-sensing fluid to flow to a temperature sensing portion of an opening/closing valve at all times, clogs with the foreign matters. SOLUTION: A temperature sensing groove 1233 in which the fluid constantly flows while bypassing a check valve 13 and the opening/closing valve 14 is formed on a seat face 1232 with which the check valve 13 is kept into contact and from which the check valve 13 is separated. The foreign matters can be washed out by the fluid flowing near the temperature sensing groove 1233 when the check valve 13 is opened, even when the temperature sensing groove 1233 clogs with the foreign matter during a time when the check valve 13 is closed, and thus the foreign matters can be automatically removed.
