PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to simplification and labor saving of transportation in agricultural work and cargo handling work in a wide range inside and outside various factories by devising a lifting device capable of lowering a floor plate used as a loading platform, down to the ground. SOLUTION: A rotating shaft 3 is rotated by the operation of a lifting cylinder 7 through small arms 4. Main arms 5 fixed to both ends of the shaft are turned to lift the tips, and intersect the sub-arms 6 and slide through oval holes formed in the floor plate 1 and a support frame 16, to lift while keeping horizontal. The structure of the irregular sub-arms 6 permits the floor plate 1 used as the loading platform, to go down to the lower face of the support frame 16 or lower.
