PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform aseptic filling of a gas mixed liquid to a container by gripping the container on its neck section including a neck ring. SOLUTION: In an aseptic filling system for a liquid which the liquid such as a carbonated drink is filled up in an aseptic manner while conveying the resin container 8 by gripping its neck section, the aseptic filling system comprises a filling-up valve 11 which opens and closes a passage between a liquid passage 12 for supplying the liquid and the inside of the container 8 and provides a ring-shaped seal packing 21 on a lower surface of a valve body 17 forming a lower cylinder section adjacent to the neck section of the container 8, a gripper 40 which is ascended while gripping the whole periphery of the neck section of the container 8 by opening and closing a pair of gripping pieces 45a and 46a and is brought into contact with a seal packing 21 of the filling-up valve 11, and a gripper moving-up and down means 35 for moving up and down so that the gripper 40 is relatively moved to the filling-up valve 11.
