PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost and to enable simple and easy replacement of a transfer tape. SOLUTION: A cartridge 5 having a supply reel 19, a winding reel 20 and a head part is fitted in a case 5 having an opening 10 in the front end so that the head part is projected from the opening 10, and the transfer tape T is let out from the supply reel 19, passed through the head part and wound up by the winding reel 20. In a coating film transfer implement thus constituted, engaging grooves 20b directed in the axial direction of a tubular shaft 20a in the winding reel 20 are provided in the outer peripheral surface of the shaft 20a so that at least one of the opposite ends of the engaging groove 20b is opened on the lateral side of the shaft, while an engaging member 32 which can be inserted from the opened one end side and can be engaged with the engaging groove 20b is provided at a drawing-out tip portion of the transfer tape T.
