PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire extinguisher mounting base preventing the overturning of the fire extinguisher mounting base, on which a fire extinguisher is mounted, by wind, etc., permitting disposition of water for fire-fighting effective for the initial fire extinction, and allowing a user to easily carry the fire extinguisher mounting base. SOLUTION: The fire extinguisher 2 and a fire-fighting water storage container 8 which stores water for fire-fighting are mounted on the fire extinguisher mounting base 1. The fire extinguisher mounting base is composed of a mounting base 3 on which the fire extinguisher is mounted, an engagement annular member 5 for engaging and holding the fire-fighting water storage container, and a back member 4 for holding the mounting base and the engagement annular member.
