The device has an object placed along a bank of a river, where the object does not pass through the water. A flexible hollow construction with rigid thrust pieces (2) is used as the object. The construction is executed with the possibility of filling with water. The thrust pieces are positioned at a certain distance from each other. A surface of the construction is executed as a rectangular fabric (1), which is stretched on the thrust pieces and fixed in form of a pipe, where the pipe has longitudinal ribs.
