<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable information exchange for a reservation condition between a customer and a store and suppression of outflow of personal information in a disclosed reservation processing server connected with a plurality of customer terminals and a plurality of store terminals through a network. <P>SOLUTION: The disclosed reservation processing system 10 comprises a plurality of customer terminals 20 or the like, a plurality of store terminals 30 or the like, and the disclosed reservation processing server 40, which are connected with the network 12. A CPU 42 of the server 40 comprises a registration part 52 for registering individual identification information and identification processing names of customers and stores in association with each other; a customer request disclosure part 54 for receiving and disclosing event disclosure requests from the customer terminals 20, 21 and 22 to a disclosed reservation processing site; a store request disclosure part 56 for receiving and disclosing event disclosure requests from the store terminals 30, 31, and 32 to the disclosed reservation processing site; and a reservation processing part 58 for executing reservation processing between the customer side and the store side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
