PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a high temperature refractory container for holding special high temperature melt is needed and there are problems in terms of costs and equipment, etc., in the case of mass treatment by a melting method when detoxifying asbestos-containing construction debris like asbestos-containing cement boards. SOLUTION: By applying a high frequency, chrysotile (asbestos) is crystal-structurally destroyed selectively.
