PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an artificial crushed stone using incineration ash generated by incinerating coal, city refuse and industrial waste (waste plastics, waste tires, wood chips, waste paper, etc.), prevents the elution of heavy metals, meet the specification value on the resistance to abrasion and control the color of the crushed stone. SOLUTION: The artificial crushed stone is manufactured by adding 5-25 pts.wt. of a solidifying and insolubilizing agent containing MgO or the like proposed in the patent no.3706618 to 100 pts.wt. of the incineration ash. The artificial crushed stone of 5-30 pts.wt. is added to 100 pts.wt. of natural crushed stone. The mixing ratio of coal ash to general incineration ash is adjusted within the range of 20:80-60:40.
