PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion generating element, and an ion generator capable of suppressing disappearance of generated ions and achieving efficient and balanced emission of ions, and to provide an electric device provided with the same. SOLUTION: The ion generating element 10 includes at least one first discharge portion 12 for generating positive ions and at least one second discharge portion 13 for generating negative ions, which are mounted or printed on one dielectric body 11. The first and second discharge portions 12, 13 respectively have first and second discharge electrodes 12a, 13a provided on a surface of the dielectric body 11, and first and second induction electrodes 12b, 13b buried in an inside of the dielectric body 11 as a pair.
