PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive film for reducing influence of an installation place, stickable to easily constructible glass, and having high crime preventive performance coping with "glass breaking" of a high ratio in the crime of an intrusion theft. SOLUTION: This film sensor has a transparent first conductive layer in the whole or a part of one surface of a transparent base material, and has a counter electrode composed of a second electric conductor in noncontact with the transparent base material forming the first conductive layer, and is formed by connecting a detecting circuit detecting a change in capacitance between the counter electrodes composed of the first conductive layer and the second electric conductor, to the counter electrodes composed of the first conductive layer and the second electric conductor, and is characterized by setting light beam transmissivity of a wave length of 780 to 2,500 nm of the transparent base material forming the first conductive layer to 70% or less.
