PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fin installing device, improving the installing speed. SOLUTION: This fin installing device for installing a fin 20 between a plurality of tubes 10 arranged includes: a tube carrying part 110 for intermittently carrying the tube 10 to one side in the array direction; a first fin storing part 120 provided above the tube carrying part 110, storing a plurality of tubes 20 parallel to each other and slidable in the array direction of the tubes; a second fin storing part 130; a fin throw-in switching part 140 for throwing the sequentially formed fins 20 in the first and second fin storing parts 120, 130 switched from each other by two or more fins alternately; and fin push-off parts 161, 162 for pushing the two or more fins 20 stored by each of the first and second fin storing parts 120, 130 at the same time to the tube 10 side.
