PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based adhesive which is aqueous, has good adhesiveness to metals and polyvinyl chloride substrates, and exhibits excellent performances such as the excellent water resistance of coating films and excellent hot adhesiveness, and to provide a laminate using the water-based adhesive. SOLUTION: This water-based adhesive is characterized by comprising a polyester resin (A) having an acid value of 5 to 40 mgKOH/g, a resol type phenolic resin (B), a basic compound, and an aqueous solvent. A coating film prepared by removing an aqueous solvent from the adhesive. And, further a laminate prepared by disposing at least the coating film on a substrate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
