NOVEL AGONIST FOR CONTROLLING CELL ACTIVITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel agonist for targeting mammalian cell activity, which is used especially for controlling interactive action of specific cell type cluster coordinated with the external environment and is applicable as a pharmaceutical for treating various disorders. SOLUTION: The agonist comprises domain B, domain T, and domain E, bonded as shown by the following: domain B--domain T--domain E. Domain B is a bonding domain for bonding an agonist to the bonding site of a cell surface which receives endocytosis for forming endosome. Domain T is a transporting domain which transports an agonist from endosome through an endosome film into a cytoplasm of a cell (with or without a bonding site). Domain E is an effect domain which blocks capability of a recyclable membrane vesicle for transporting perfect membrane protein to the surface of a cell. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
