PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation treatment apparatus for a sick person where a sick person can treat his/her own evacuation without requiring time of a carer by moving from a bed to a wheelchair by himself/herself, and where sanitary feeling is obtained by washing the anus part with water and drying it after evacuation. SOLUTION: The apparatus is composed of: the wheelchair 2 with a toilet seat which is provided with a private part washing function after evacuation and which can be fixed and arranged at the side part of the bed 1; and an edging-up plate 3 which is fixed and arranged between the side part of the bed 1 and the wheelchair 2 to enable the sick person having difficulty in walking to move from one of the bed to the wheelchair to ride on the other. The wheelchair 2 with the toilet seat is provided with a washing nozzle 12 moving vertically by operation of a handle 11 under the toilet seat 5; and an excreta container 13 positioned under the washing nozzle 12. The washing nozzle 12 is connected with a water feeding mechanism and an air feeding mechanism to jet mixed water of water and air and air. The tip of the washing nozzle 12 is made to be a boat-shaped jetting nozzle 12a where a nozzle 15 is provided at the center of a pair of right and left hoods 14 opening in a shape adapted to the surrounding of the anus part.
