PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fraudulence by a game player from occurring by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A game panel 7 has a laminated plate 61, a cell sheet 62, and a plurality of game nails 63. The laminated plate 61 is constituted of a laminate of a plurality of sheets of plate materials 64 and a conductive sheet 65. The plurality of plate materials 64 include a foremost front plate material 64a. The conductive sheet 65 is arranged at least in either one of a space between the plurality of the plate materials 64 or on the front surface of the front plate material 64a. The cell sheet 62 covers the front surface of the laminated plate 61. The plurality of the game nails 63 are planted on the laminated plate 61 from the front surface side of the cell sheet 62, and come into contact with the conductive sheet 65. A contact sensing circuit 60 is electrically connected with the conductive sheet 65, and outputs a contact sensing signal when a human body directly comes into contact with the game nails 63, or when the human body indirectly comes into contact with the game nails 63 through a conductive member 68.
