Sauce for salad using Rhynchosia Volubilis(Leguminosae) as Rhynchosia volubilis vinegar and vinegar bean type together with various fruits is provided which is good for health as well as having good taste. Sauce for salad contains 2 to 7 parts by weight of Rhynchosia volubilis vinegar, 8 to 10 parts by weight of honey, 3 to 7 parts by weight of vinegar beans, 25 to 35 parts by weight of apples, 15 to 22 parts by weight of pineapples, 12 to 18 parts by weight of pears, 8 to 12 parts by weight of onions, 12 to 17 parts by weight of blue berries, 6 to 10 parts by weight of fruit juice, 2 to 4 parts by weight of starch, 2 to 4 parts by weight of olive oil, 0.4 to 0.6 parts by weight of salt and 15 to 25 parts by weight of water. The vinegar beans, apples, pineapples, pears, onions and blueberries are used by finely grinding with a grinder.
