<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen-containing hydrocarbon reforming catalyst which contains copper, is excellent in heat resistance, and largely improves ability in unit surface area, and an excellent fuel cell system having a reformer provided with such an excellent reforming catalyst and a fuel cell that uses hydrogen produced by the reformer. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing hydrogen or a synthesized gas by performing (1) steam reforming, (2) self-thermal reforming, (3) partial oxidation reforming, and (4) carbon dioxide reforming on the oxygen-containing hydrocarbon using the oxygen-containing hydrocarbon reforming catalyst containing a metal oxide containing copper and having a Spinel structure and MFI type zeolite and the reforming catalyst, and an excellent fuel cell system having a reformer provided with such an excellent catalyst and the fuel cell that uses hydrogen produced by the reformer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
