PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polygon mirror capable of reducing wind noise and a windage even when rotational speed is accelerated while suppressing production cost without adopting a complicated manufacturing method, and improving the machining efficiency of the polygon mirror, to provide an optical scanner having the polygon mirror and to provide an image forming apparatus having the optical scanner. SOLUTION: The polygon mirror having a plurality of mirror faces to deflect and scan light beam from a light source is characterized in that a rounded face is positioned at the end of one side of the mirror faces 80 in the direction along the rotation direction of a polygon scanner (longitudinal direction of mirror face) and the position is common for all mirror faces 80.
