PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier bag and its manufacturing process, the bag having two or more of encasing sections so that different commodities with different forms such as foods and drinks can be stored and stably carried, and which, after eating and drinking, allows containers and the like to be easily sorted and safely disposed of. SOLUTION: The carrier bag is made of plastic films, having a carrying section and two or more of storing sections, the bottom of which is folded inside like a reversed-V-letter shape, both of the side edges of which are welded, the bordering portion of whose storing sections has two parallel welded lines, welding the film of the front surface side through to the film of the reverse surface side from the lowest edge of the bag to upward, as the tips of the welded lines extend above the uppermost edge of the reversed-V-letter shape folding. The manufacturing process of the carrier bag has the steps of: imparting the V-letter shape foldings to both the side edges of a tubular plastic film; cutting and opening the tip end of one of the V-letter shape foldings; finger holes punching; forming two parallel welded lines; providing perforations; and of fusion-cutting of the films for the respective widths of the carrier bags.
