PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with the noise and vibration suppressed, while suppressing steep cost increase without changing the present form under a state for making most use of the features of the motor. SOLUTION: The motor comprises a stator core 1, and a rotor frame 2 opposing the stator core 1 via a slight air gap and held rotatably about a shaft 7 and has, such a structure as a permanent magnet 6, is attached to the inner circumferential surface of the rotor frame 2, opposite to the stator core 1 and the lower portion of the permanent magnet projects from the rotor frame end portion 3.
