PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of an emergency generator which enables mass-production of control board in a controller of an emergency generator and can cope with all types of settings, and to provide a data-setting method that uses the same. SOLUTION: When time control is satisfied with principal time data, in advance, time data described in an unrewritable ROM 30 are set, and if the time data stored in the ROM 30 is not sufficient to cope with, data are input from a controller 20 to create desired data and the created data are stored in an EEPROM 40; and after that, since the emergency generator 1 can be controlled with the created time data value, even if the controller is mass-produced, it can cope with all kinds of time settings.
