PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker apparatus with a simple configuration to seal the inside of a speaker box and prevent a slack in a conductive cord inside the speaker box. SOLUTION: The speaker apparatus includes: a speaker unit; the speaker box having a box shape, with the speaker unit fixed to a front plate and, an elliptic hole provided on a rear plate; the conductive cord connected to the speaker unit in the speaker box, extracted outside the speaker box through the elliptic hole, connected to an another apparatus, and transmitting an audio signal outputted from the another apparatus to the speaker unit; and a cylindrical member whose outer diameter is greater than the diameter of the elliptic hole of the speaker box and formed with a hole through which the conductive cord passes, and the member includes at its front side a projection molded with an elastic body, projected longer than the length from the front side of the rear plate of the speaker box to the rear side, and whose cross-section has an elliptic shape slightly smaller than the hole in the rear of the speaker box.
