PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rainwater from being scattered onto an outer side of a rainwater gutter even if a large quantity of rainwater falls on a roof and the rainwater flows out onto an upper face part of a rainwater gutter cover at considerably high speed. SOLUTION: A rainwater flow velocity reducing part s for inverting the direction of flow of flowing-out rainwater, reducing flow velocity of rainwater, and draining the rainwater into the rainwater gutter d smoothly is provided in a front part of the rainwater gutter cover a. A gutter receiver body c forms a front mounting part 33 formed by welding a front locking part 32 and a bolt with head part in a front and upper end part and a rear mounting part 38 provided with a rear locking part 37 and a small hole for letting the bolt 40 pass through in a rear end part and is provided with a pendulum type fitting e for connecting a small hole 9 provided under the eaves with the gutter receiver body c provided with a nut welded in advance. The gutter receiver main body c is connected with the pendulum type fitting e while adjusting degree of firmly tightening of the nut so as to swing through the bolt 40 like a pendulum. An upper receiver fitting b, the rainwater gutter cover a, the gutter receiver body c, a rainwater guiding plate part f, a thickness adjusting nut g, and a connection fitting h are integrally connected.
