PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fin aligning device miniaturizable by simplifying constitution. SOLUTION: The fin aligning device for aligning fins 10 formed in a preceding process is provided with a first fin aligning part 110 storing and aligning a plurality of fins 10 in parallel and slidable in the aligned direction of the fins 10; a second fin aligning part 120 provided on the lower side of the first fin aligning part 110 to store and align a plurality of fins 10 in parallel and slidable in the aligned direction of the fins 10; and a fin supply changeover part 130 changeover-supplying the sequentially formed fins 10 by a plurality of fins at a time alternately into the first and second fin aligning parts 110, 120.
