PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the thickness of an apparatus increases for the thickness of a glass support base incorporated so as to improve the strength of the apparatus. SOLUTION: The x-ray radiographic apparatus 1 comprises a conversion board 4, a support member 5 and a circuit board 6, and the support member 5 is positioned between the conversion board 4 and the circuit board 6. A TFT 9 is arranged on the lower surface 402 of the conversion board 4, and a plurality of control elements 6a are arranged on the surface 601 of the circuit board 6. A plurality of spaces 5a and 5b are formed by a wall 501 at the support member 5, and the TFT 9 and the control elements 6a are housed in the spaces 5a and 5b. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
