PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush set which can suppress the purchasing cost to be low, and also, by which tooth-brushing can smoothly be learned by a toothbrush in response to a developmental stage, in a manner to be equipped with functions which are especially required in each stage of the development without excess/shortage, and make the kinds at a degree which can properly be given by a care-giver. SOLUTION: This toothbrush set includes a first toothbrush 10 and a second toothbrush 50. In this case, the first toothbrush 10 includes a handle section 11, a head section 20 which is inserted in the oral cavity, a connecting section 13 which connects the handle section with the head section, and a fitting section 14 to which a plate 40 for regulating the insertion depth of the head section into the oral cavity is attached. The second toothbrush 50 includes a handle section 11-1, a head section 20-1 having a brush section, a connecting section 13-1, and the fitting section 14 to which a plate 40-1 for regulating the insertion depth of the head section into the oral cavity is attached. The brush element for the head section 20 is formed of a flexible material, and is made to project in the vertical direction.
