PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in inspecting content by culturing microorganisms by mixing sufficient amount of a medium with the content in mixing the content with the medium, in a method for inspecting existence of the microorganisms in the content of a bottled product by culturing the microorganisms through mixing the content with the medium. SOLUTION: In mixing the content with the medium, a heat resistant cylindrical member 4 is installed to skirt parts of caps 2a, 3a of both bottles 2, 3 arranged in series in a state in which a connecting device 5 comprising a material able to be heated with high-frequency induction is installed in the heat resistant cylindrical member 4, and the connecting device 5 is heat sterilized by high frequency induction heating from the outside of the heat resistant cylindrical member 4, subsequently each insertion unit of the connecting device 5 is inserted in each of bottles 2, 3 through a top board unit of each of caps 2a, 3a.
