A cooling/heating heat panel assembly is provided to assemble a heat panel, a pipe, and a cover on the floor of a site in sequence and surround a peripheral surface of the pipe by the structure of the heat panel and the cover in close contact, thereby increasing a heat exchange area for improving heat exchange effect while reducing energy consumption and achieving stable clamping of the pipe. A cooling/heating heat panel assembly includes a cooling/heating pipe passing a heat medium from a cooling/heating system, and a heat panel(100) formed with a straight plate(110) and a curved plate(130) separated from each other for stable piping work. Concave grooves(111,137) are formed on top surfaces of the straight and curved plates of the heat panel for securing and clamping the pipe on the top surface of the heat panel in surface-contact. Coupling grooves(113,139) are formed around the concave grooves of the heat panel. A cover is formed of straight and curved covers to be coupled with the straight and curved plates respectively to fix the pipe. As the cover is pressed, coupling ribs of the cover are inserted into the coupling grooves so that the straight and curved grooves are closed toward the pipe, clamping the pipe. |
