The damper (10) has a housing (12), which limits an operating chamber (14) filled with a damping medium. A rotor unit (16) is arranged partially in the inner side of the operating chamber. The rotor unit is coupled with a shaft (18) rotatable relative to the housing. The rotor unit has several rotor blades (20), which are tilted against a longitudinal axis of the shaft. The rotor unit has a friction surface (22), which faces another friction surface (24) arranged at the housing.
