<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell component part which has an economical, corrosion resistant, conductive and hydrophilic coating. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell composing part 10 is provided with a base plate 12 on which there is arranged a coating 20 containing nitride or oxynitride of two or three components of elements out from IVb and Vb groups of a periodic table. The coating 20 contains oxynitride consisting of TiZrN, NbTiN, TaZrN and NbTiO<SB>x</SB>N<SB>y</SB>, TiZrO<SB>x</SB>N<SB>y</SB>and TaZrO<SB>x</SB>N<SB>y</SB>(0.001≤x≤1, 0.1≤y≤2).
