<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting diode type sector light in which a device itself has a very simple structure capable of emitting the light of arbitrary color having horizontal or vertical directivity, with the optical edge clearly separated, in horizontal or vertical direction and clearly visible from distance. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of light emitting diodes are arrayed in horizontal or vertical direction, and a slit plate A is disposed close to the light emitting diodes.
