<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a system which stores document data in a personal box is inferior in convenience to a user since it takes trouble to open a personal box and the storage period of the document data needs to be set short to avoid fullness of a memory. <P>SOLUTION: The document processor comprises a user authentication section 23 which authenticates the user, an account management section 24 which registers and manages an account of the authenticated user, a relation section 26 which relates the account of the user to the document data stored by operation by the user whose account is already registered, and a job management section 27 which receives a job for the stored document data to which the account is related from the user whose account is already registered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
