<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flavoring device capable of flavoring food through easily getting desired flavor at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: This flavoring device has a treatment tank 3 which holds food 1, a decompression means 4 which decompresses the treatment tank 3 through sucking and discharging air in the treatment tank 3 to the outside, a recompressing means 5 which introduces outside air to the decompressed treatment tank 3 to recompress the treatment tank 3, and a cooking device 6 for each kind of food. Flavor vapor produced in cooking with a cooking device 6 is supplied to the treatment tank 3 together with air by the recompressing means 5 when recompressing the decompressed treatment tank 3. The boiled rice 1, for instance, is flavored by vacuum cooling the boiled rice 1 in the treatment tank 3, and when recompressing the tank, supplying flavor vapor from a rice cooker as the cooking device 6 to the treatment tank 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
