摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat recovery device capable of smoothly discharging liquid in a heat radiator, and a cogeneration system comprising the heat recovering device. <P>SOLUTION: This heat recovering device comprises a closed storage tank 10, and a radiator (heat radiator) 29 and a circulation pump 25 are disposed in a heat energy recovering flow channel 20 including the storage tank 10. A bypass flow channel 23 is formed in parallel with the storage tank 10. A discharge valve 82 is disposed on the bottom of the storage tank 10, and an air introduction valve 85 is disposed at the heat exchanger 6 side of the radiator 29. In a discharge mode, a series of routes from the radiator 29 to a top connecting portion 11 of the storage tank 10 through the bypass flow channel 23 is opened in a discharge mode, and the other flow channel communicated with the storage tank is closed. When the discharge valve 82 and the air introduction valve 85 are opened, negative pressure is applied to the storage tank 10 side, and the liquid in the radiator 29 is sucked and flows into the storage tank 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
