PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work take-out device where the revolution of a molding can be performed without damaging the molding, production efficiency is high, and the reduction in production cost can be attained, and to provide a powder molding press provided with the work take-out device. SOLUTION: A feeder 3 in a powder molding press 1 is composed of: a molding exhaust part 5 provided with a working part 8 of grasping and revolving a molding, and lifting the molding; a feeder part 4 provided with a feeder cup 11; and a feeder cup driving part 6 of moving the feeder part 4 and the molding exhaust part 5 forwards/backwards.
