PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paddy field working machine having a paddy field working device and a ground working device, wherein workability of the ground working device is increased. SOLUTION: A ground working device 53 is supported to be freely drivable to ascend and descend by an actuator 56. An artificially operable manipulation device is provided. The ascended state, in which the ground working device 53 is positioned at the upper position upper than the surface of the rice field, and the descended state, in which the ground work device 53 is positioned at the lower position capable of contacting to the surface of the rice field, are provided to be settable with the manipulation device. When the descended state is set by the manipulation device, the actuator 56 is worked to position the ground work device 53 at the upper position in nonworking state, and, in working state, the actuator 56 is worked to position the ground work device 53 at the lower position.
