The invention concerns a refill bottle that comprises a refill (10) and an enclosure having a body (20) and a cap engaging through an attachment device (24, 48). The cap has three parts, an external cap (30) with an enveloping skirt, an internal cap (33) provided with a locking mechanism, and an actuation ring (34) able to move about the spout of the refill (10). The attachment device (24, 48) comprises a fixed hook (24) on the body (20) and a pivoting hook (48) on the internal cap (33), the pivoting hook (48) being disposed on a lever of the first type (46) that pivots about a hinge (52) integrated in the moulding, and the actuation ring (34) acts by rotation of the end of the lever (46) opposite to the hook.
