The foldable bag (20) has an accommodation bag (35) for accommodating a retaining unit of a fastening device to positively and detachably connect the foldable bag with the retaining unit. Two side walls (21) are connected with each other through foldable transverse walls to form an accommodation space. A partition wall (24) is provided between the side walls, where shape and dimensions of the accommodation bag are adapted to the shape and dimensions of the retaining unit such that the bags are inserted into the retaining unit. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle with a fastening device for a foldable bag.
